The "Han-Lai New World Centre" is a classic palace-style skyscraper located in Cianjin District, Kaohsiung. It is the eleventh tallest building in Taiwan and the third tallest in Kaohsiung. With 45 floors above ground and 7 floors below ground, it is a combination of five-star hotels and department stores. The building, from the third floor to the eighth floor, is operated by Hanshin Department Store. The underground parking consists of Parktron’s intelligent parking management system and Parktron POS for the shopping center, which gives customers preferential discounts on parking.
